    Records with no title in fiq table as a result of indexing problem

    Description:
    For some reason there are records in fiq table that are not indexed properly and their title field is empty. As a result these records can't be searched for in the UI, are not sorted properly in the package's list and so on. After the records are re-inexed all problems are solved and the title field in fiq is filled.

    This is planned to be fixed in the January SP, but it can also be fixed manually for every customer by demand.
