Voyager to Alma Migration Query: Reading (Reserve) Lists Linked to Multiple Courses
When migrating from Voyager to Alma, you may want to identify and review those Reading Lists that are attached to multiple Courses. When migrating to Alma, such Reading Lists may be migrated in a way that is not desirable. See the Voyager To Alma Migration Guide for additional help, or discuss this with your migration team.
This query, which you can run using Voyager Prepackaged Reports, shows those Reading Lists (expired or not) that are linked to multiple Courses.
The output shows the number of Courses attached to each Reserve List, which can be 0 or greater.
SELECT RESERVE_LIST.LIST_TITLE, RESERVE_LIST.RESERVE_LIST_ID, Count(RESERVE_LIST_COURSES.COURSE_ID) AS CountOfCOURSE_ID
FROM RESERVE_LIST LEFT JOIN RESERVE_LIST_COURSES ON RESERVE_LIST.RESERVE_LIST_ID = RESERVE_LIST_COURSES.RESERVE_LIST_ID
GROUP BY RESERVE_LIST.LIST_TITLE, RESERVE_LIST.RESERVE_LIST_ID
ORDER BY RESERVE_LIST.LIST_TITLE;
