Problem symptoms
Patron Update log shows message:
INVALID RECORD DATA! It must contain Patron Group 1!Record written to exception file.
Cause
Patron Group is required for at least one set of barcode/patron group/ barcode status/modification date information in the SIF. Patron Group is either missing or record offsets are incorrect.
Resolution
Review SIF file; correct missing Patron Group or adjust offsets.
