    Question

When we run Catjob 13, it gives us this message: Location code not selected. Location ID defaults to 0

    What does the message mean?

    Answer

-L is an optional parameter for catjob 13. If used, it logs that as the location in the bib history.

If that parameter is not specified, it displays the message "Location code not selected. Location defaults to 0" - it is informational rather than an indication of an issue (unless operator did specify a location and the job did not recognize it).
