Release(s): 2001.1.1 - 7.2.1
Summary of Problem: If a routing list with no names is brought up when checking in a periodical, hitting any of the arrow buttons on the screen will crash Acquisitions with Run-time error '381': Invalid property array index.
Expected Results:
Customer should be able to click on the arrows with out the error and being kicked out of the client.
Actual Results: Run-time error '381': Invalid property array index, and kicked out of the client.
Workflow implications:
Customer has to log back into the Acquisitions client.
Replication steps:
In Serials Checkin, bring up "Library Hotline", either:
1. Check in an issue, it will bring up the routing list (which has no names listed), click the up or down arrows on the side of the routing list dialog box.
2. Go into Maintenance, click on the routing list tab, click the "Administration" item, and hit the Edit button, click the up or down arrows in that dialog box.
NOTE: If 'Automatically route serials' is checked in Acq>Workflows>Serials Check-In, the problem will not occur when you check in an issue (the routing list prints w/o popping up the 'Route Serial Issue' window).
