Filtering on ISBN and ISSN for missing values does not return accurate results.

Replication Steps

1. Query Studio > Cataloging Package > Presentation Layer > Bib Record, add any query subject such as Bib ID or Title.
2. Add ISBN or ISSN, also from Bib Record.
3. Highlight ISBN or ISSN and select filter.
4. Click Missing Values to expand and select an option. (ie. Leave out missing values or Show only missing values)
5. Click OK
6. The results are not updated. For example, if you chose ISSN and Leave out missing values, there are still records listed that do not have an ISSN.
