    BULK: MFHD not creating with long 852

    Problem Symptoms:
    * When long 852 field in bib, mfhd not created during bulk import.
    * Message in log.imp* for the import process shows
    (in 8.1.0 and higher)
    No MFHD created.
    FAILED: MFHD 001
    or (in 8.0.0 and previous)
    No MFHD created.
    FAILED: MFHD 852
    * No issue saving same field in MFHD via Cataloging client.

    Cause:
    This behavior is the result of Issue VYG-4369.

    Resolution:
    Issue VYG-4369 is resolved for Voyager 9.1.0 and higher.

    Additional Information

    Replication steps:
    1. In Cataloging:
    a. Open a bib record.
    b. Create a mfhd with the following information in it:
    -- subfield b internet
    -- subfield h Click on Internet Link above
    -- subfield x Mxx purchases and shares access with all System
    -- subfield z Licensed Resource: Access restricted to computers on campus and to off-campus users with valid ID numbers.
    c. Notice the system will allow you to save the mfhd without errors.
    2. In SYSADMIN:
    a. Set up your bulkimport rule as follows:
    -- Profile = Bibs, MFHDS
    -- Select Copy 852-855.
    -- Loc. Field: 852 Loc Subfield: b Loc. Ind 1: * Loc. Ind 2: *
    -- Mapping Tab: Marc Item: * Item Type: electronic file or internet or whatever you want Marc Loc: * Location: Internet
    b. Using the attached bib records run a bulkimport.
    c. Notice when you run the bulkimport, the mfhd will not created.
    d. You receive the message in the log.imp:
    Duplicate Bibs above threshold: replace 0, warning 0.
    Adding Bib record 56540.
    No MFHD created.
    FAILED: MFHD 852 (or FAILED: MFHD 001 if 8.1.0 and higher)

    Workaround: shorten 852, or import via Cataloging client
