    BulkImport doesn't run, shows syntax error at command line

    Problem Symptoms
    * Operator runs BulkImport and sees process ID assigned
    * No log file created
    * No records added
    * Displays error:
    syntax: /m1/voyager/bin/2009.1.0/bulkimport
    followed by a list of possible parameters

    Cause
    BulkImport parameters used in command line contain a syntax error.

    Resolution
    1. Check that all parameters used in the command line match one of parameters listed after "syntax" message.
    2. Ensure that command line does not contain reserved characters, or that reserved characters are in quotes.
    3. Make any necessary adjustments to command line.
    4. Run BulkImport.
