    Expected results:
    When using the –p patron mode, Bursar transfer should not transfer any specific fine/fee information.

    Actual results:
    When using the –p patron mode, Bursar transfer records individual fine information for Bursar Refunds.

    Workflow implications: The Bursar’s office program that processes the Bursar SIF may not be able to process individual fine information.

    Replication steps:
    1. Circulation>Patron>Fine/Fee>Post>Bursar Refund
    2. In /m1/voyager/xxxdb/sbin, run PBursar using the –p parameter and make sure that the patron from step 1’s patron group is in the config file.
