- Product: Voyager
- Product Version: 8.2.2
- Charge an item in Circulation and receive block/message: "This item has been scheduled and cannot be charged or renewed."
- Item is not a Media item and does not have item status of "Scheduled"
Item has a Media Type assigned to it in the item record.
- Open record in Cataloging.
- In Media Type field, choose blank from the drop-down.
- Save to DB.
