    Symptoms

    *Modify button in fine window is active though patron has no fines/fees.
    *Run time error 5 when clicking on Modify button.

    Defect Status

    Issue VYG-6524 is resolved for Voyager 9.2.0 and higher.

    Replication Steps

    1. Go to Circulation > Patron.
    2. Search for patron record with no active Fines/Fees.
    3. Click on Fine/Fee icon to view patron Fine/Fees.
    4. Click on the Modify button.
    5. Run Time Error 5 pops up.
    6. The Circulation client closes after clicking OK.
