    Problem Symptoms:
    ?€¢ Call number prefixes do not show in item records when added to holdings records.
    ?€¢ Call number prefixes do not display in OPAC titles lists.
    ?€¢?€¢ Holdings data in 852 subfields h and i displays
    ?€¢?€¢ Holdings data in 852 subfields k and m does not display
    ?€¢ Call number prefixes not included in DISPLAY_CALL_NO

    Cause:
    This behavior may occur when global parameters specifying call number prefixes are not set.

    Resolution:
    If you are experiencing this behavior please open a support incident.
