Question

We accidentally Approved a purchase order in error before modifying the locations on each line item. Can the locations still be changed for line items on this purchase order after it has Approved status?

Answer

As soon as a Purchase Order changes from Pending status to Approved/Sent status, the amount of data that an operator can modify on the Approved PO becomes limited, but you can change the line item's location via the Purchase Order > Line Item menu > "Edit Approved..." feature.
