Can the \\l location substitution token be used in holdings.item.status=11 to display the location where an item was last discharged?

Answer

Adding the \\l location substitution token to various holdings.item.status lines in webvoyage.properties triggers a location to display for On Hold and In Transit statuses; these locations are where an item is to be picked up, or where an item is on its way to; the \\l token will not display the location where an item was last discharged.
