Cannot save Record Sets or Rules in GDC

Problem Symptoms
- When creating record set in Global Data Change, get error: "Failed to load existing record sets"
- Have tried creating with keyword searches and record IDs with same results
Cause
jobd process not running on server
Resolution
Start jobd process on the server:
- Navigate to /sbin directory:
cd /m1/voyager/xxxdb/sbin - Start the jobd process: .
/Pjobd
