    Cannot save Record Sets or Rules in GDC

    Problem Symptoms

    • When creating record set in Global Data Change, get error: "Failed to load existing record sets"
    • Have tried creating with keyword searches and record IDs with same results

    Cause

    jobd process not running on server

    Resolution

    Start jobd process on the server:

    1. Navigate to /sbin directory: cd /m1/voyager/xxxdb/sbin
    2. Start the jobd process: ./Pjobd
