    Copy Level Recalls are allowed on items with Discharged/In Transit On Hold status

    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

    Symptoms

    * Recalls are allowed on Available items
    * Items have Discharged or In Transit On Hold Status

    Defect Status

    Issue VYG-6987 is currently in Development

    Replication Steps

    1. Circulation > Discharge
    2. Discharge charged item
    3. Circulation > Item
    4. Enter barcode of discharged item with Discharge status applied
    5. Request > Recall > Copy
    6. The request is successful

    Other information
    Title level recalls are not allowed.
    In WebVoyage, no Recalls (Copy or Title) are allowed on Available items
    Via vxws, copy level Recalls can be placed on discharged or in transit items
