    Question

What is the difference betweend the RENEW_TRANSACTIONS and RENEW_TRANS_ARCHIVE tables?

    Answer

    • RENEW_TRANSACTIONS has a record for each time an item is renewed.
    • When the item is discharged, all of the renewal records get moved to RENEW_TRANS_ARCHIVE.
    • If you want to count renewals, you probably want to include records from both tables.
