Problem Symptoms:
*Receive "this fundcode is not unique; line item could not be inserted since it was found on 2 Ledgers" when creating purchase orders via Bulkimport.

Cause:
*There is more than one fund with the fund code on the active ledger, OR
*There are two fiscal periods that are current and the same fund is on two active ledgers.

Resolution:
Edit the fund code or wait until the old ledger is no longer active.
