    Exclusion operator not working in WebVoyage GKEY search

    Symptoms

    Exclusion operator - exclamation point (!) - not applied to search

    Defect Status

    VYG-4246 is currently in Development.

    Replication Steps

    In WebVoyage, search GKEY with exclusion operator (!). Example: red !hood

    Note that results include records where excluded term is present. Example: Little Red Riding Hood

    GKEY search for same terms without exclusion operator returns same result. Example: red hood

    Workaround

    The Boolean NOT exclusion operator works in CMD Searches set up in the Basic Search tab.
