    Fund information on orphaned Invoice displays as "/" symbol after FPC

    Problem Symptoms:
    ?€¢ On invoice, "Fund" information for line item displays as "/" symbol
    ?€¢ Invoice is created between rollover and Pfpc_restore, effectively orphaning invoice data
    ?€¢ Operator is unable to delete invoice

    Cause:
    Ledger being referenced in INVOICE_FUNDS and INVOICE_LINE_ITEM_FUNDS no longer exists

    Resolution:
    Open case with Voyager Support for assistance.
