GDC:"Record Export Failed"/"Record Import Failure" on traindb

Expected results: Should be able to run Data Change job in the traindb.
Actual results: If attempt to Data Change job in the traindb, get “Record Export Failed” and/or Record Import Failure in the log. The GDC run fails.
1. In GDC client, create a record set, Data Change Rule and Group to change records.
2. Submit a Data Change Job
3. Look at the Job Management queue. You will see that the Status is Failed and if you look at the Log, it will state “Record Export Failed.”
Copy the Tmarcexport and the Tbulkimport in the /m1/voyager/traindb/sbin to Pmarcexport and Pbulkimport:
cp Tmarcexport Pmarcexport
cp Tbulkimport Pbulkimport
