    "HTTPOpenRequest Call Failed" when save bib record

    Problem Symptoms

    • Click File > Save As results in "HTTPOpenRequest Call Failed, Error Code: 12029"
    • Does not happen for all workstations

    Cause

    Preferences set to "Sort Automatically on Save"

    Resolution

    1. Uncheck Cataloging > Options > General > Default Field Order Configurations > "Sort Automatically on Save"
    2. Save.
    3. Check Cataloging > Options > General > Default Field Order Configurations > "Sort Automatically on Save" if wish to use this feature.

    Additional Information

    May be additional unidentified circumstances that trigger error.
