Problem Symptoms

• Heading type displays as "not applicable" for genre headings in Cataloging
• Headings are valid LC genre headings

Cause

Thesaurus code in subfield 2 is not in heading_type.heading_code in database.

Resolution

Use one of the heading_codes in heading_type.heading_code.

Additional Information

Enhancements in Voyager 8.2.0 (released November 2012) include expanded heading_codes in the heading_type table.
