How do I use Embedded Order Data (EOD) to create purchase orders (POs) via BulkImport process?

Answer

1. Library
   1. Provides a vendor with local information (funds, locations, etc.).
   2. Sets up bulk import rules in SysAdmin > Cataloging > Bulk Import Rules.
   3. Performs bulk import with file from vendor.
2. BulkImport process then
   1. checks for duplicate MARC records
   2. loads records as directed by bulk import rules
   3. creates the associated purchase order (PO)
3. Library reviews and approves new purchase order(s)
