    How to display bibliographic note fields in OPAC?

    Answer

    1. Edit /m1/voyager/xxxdb/tomcat/vwebv/context/vwebv/ui/[skin]/xsl/contentLayout/configs/displaycfg.xml
    2. Uncomment entire displayTags stanza for "Notes"
    3. Comment out lines for fields that should not be displayed, leaving line for desired field active

     

    Always backup your file before making any changes.

    Example: displaycfg.xml section after changes to allow display of 520 field and add the 590 field:
