How do I enable manual suspension of a patron record in operator's security profile?

Answer

1. Go to System Administration > Security > Circulation Profiles > [appropriate circ profile]
2. Click Edit button
3. Go to Patron Blocks tab
4. Move "Patron is suspended" entry to the right under "Operator May Override" column
