    Question

How does the system determine which patron identifier type is used for verification in patron request forms, like the Hold or Recall form?

    Answer

Which patron identifier type used for verification in a request form is determined by the patron identifier type that is used to login to WebVoyage.

The form will ask the patron to verify with IID if they logged into WebVoyage with IID, or barcode if they logged in with their barcode.
