How to batch create new item records attached to existing MFHD records?

Answer

There is no way using Bulk Import (or any other native Voyager function) to batch create a new Item record attached to an existing MFHD. You can't via a batch mechanism add on new items or even replace the existing MFHD and have a new item created.
