    Question

    How to edit physical items in Voyager course reserve.

    Answer

    • The Bib and MFHD information can only be edited in the Voyager Cataloging client.
    • You can edit the Holdings/Item and Item information in Voyager Circulation.
      1. Retrieve the item record you wish to edit.
      2. Right click within the item record, and choose "Edit Item" from the pop-up menu. The Edit Item window will open with three tabs: Holdings, Holdings/Item, and Item.
        • The Bib information can only be edited in the Cataloging client.
        • The Holdings tab information can only be edited in the Cataloging client.
        • You can edit the information on the Holdings/Item and Item tab as appropriate in Circulation.

      3. Click OK after making your changes to apply the edits.
