    • Article Type: Known Issue
    • Product: Voyager
    • Product Version: 8.2.2

    Symptoms

    • After running Bulk import using WebAdmin the user receives an email with message:

    Start: {Date/Time Stamp}
    /m1/voyager/bin/2008.2.2/bulkimport: invalid option ?€“ N
    Bulk Import Process ID is:

    • The summary email is not received, but the import does complete successfully.

    Defect Status

    Issue VYG-5431 is not an issue. This behavior occurs when WebAdmin finds multiple version of a Pbulkimport script in the /sbin directory. There is only one Pbulkimport script packaged with Voyager.

    Replication Steps

    1. Run bulk import from WebAdmin.
    2. Note message described in Problem Symptoms.

    Workaround

    Remove other versions of Pbulkimport script, or rename scripts so that the name does not include the string "bulkimport". Only the version of Pbulkimport for the current Voyager version should remain.
