Is it required to run FPC?
Answer
It is not required to run Fiscal Period Close. You can extend the Fiscal Period (in System Administration) or manually create a new ledger in Acquisitions. The only reason to run FPC is to have Voyager automatically update eligible line items to a new fiscal period/ledger.
