Is read-only catalog (Continuous OPAC) during upgrade available?

Is it possible to set up a read-only catalog or Continuous OPAC for use during the Voyager upgrade? What if the Voyager server is hosted with Ex Libris?
Answer
Continuous OPAC is not offered as an option to hosted customers.
Local customers may implement a read-only OPAC and are responsible for their own setup, testing and maintenance.
