Is there an Oracle 11g ODBC Installation Guide? 

Answer

Voyager no longer supports the 11g ODBC drivers.

Voyager supports the 10g (32-bit Access) and 19c (64-bit Access) ODBC drivers.  Which ODBC drivers you install depends on your your version of Access (32-bit or 64-bit); however Support strongly encourages the installation of the 10g ODBC drivers for 32-bit Access.
