    Symptoms

    • Mark actions unavailable / inactive when click Recv/Mark button of PO
    • Mark actions available elsewhere in client for same line item

    Defect Status

    VYG-7318 is resolved in an updated Acquisitions client for Voyager 10.0.0.

    Replication Steps

    1. Create, approve and receive a PO line item in Voyager 10.0.0.
    2. Highlight line item
    3. Click Recv/Mark button
    4. Note that Mark actions remain inactive/unpopulated
    5. Open a PO created and received on an earlier release
    6. Repeat steps 2-3. Note that Mark actions are available for this line item.

    Workaround

    1. Open Detailed Line Item ...
    2. Click Receive/Mark tab
    3. Mark item from this tab

      • Line item always linked to existing mfhd if intended location matches mfhd location
      • Line Item has been received and invoiced but continues to roll over, show on fund commitments in next fiscal year
