Marcexport exclude file does not exclude MFHD locations

Marcexport (Pmarcexport) exclude file does not exclude MFHD locations.
Answer
This is by design. The Bulk Export -X parameter's exclude file excludes records from being exported based on certain cataloging locations. It does not exclude records based on MFHD locations.
