    Problem Symptoms:
Multiple ledgers need to be combined into a single ledger.

    Cause:
Multiple FPC jobs might have run, or the funds need to be combined for administrative reasons.

    Resolution:
    1. Create the new funds and/or ledger.
    2. Bring up every PO and Invoice using the old fund.
    3. From the Highlight each Line item > Line Item Menu > Edit Approved
    4. Change it to the new fund.
    5. Make sure all locations are included in the security profile where the ledger is housed.

    Additional Information

A new fund needs to be created rather than just renaming a former fund.
