Bug Report Form for Issue 16384-17553
    Module(s): NCIP
    Server platform(s) affected: Solaris

    Release(s) replicated in: 8.1

    Expected results:
LookupUserResponse should include the patron’s first name.

    Actual results:
If PATRON.MIDDLE_NAME is populated, NCIP is sending it as the given name. Otherwise, NCIP correctly sends patron’s first name.

Workflow implications: Incomplete patron names are associated with the request.

Workaround: If the MIDDLE_NAME is not populated, the First name is correctly sent.

    Resolution:
    Fixed in Voyager 8.1.2
