Names in Status Patron Group Messages are truncated

Symptoms

*First names over 20 characters and last names over 30 Characters are truncated when using the \\F and \\L tokens.

Defect Status

Issue VYG-6836 is currently in Development.

Replication Steps

1. Select SysAdmin > Circulation > Patron Groups > Edit > Display OPAC Messages for charged items for one Patron Group.
2. Update webvoyage.properties with Messages for Patron Group in step 1 using the \\F and \\L tokens
3. Create a patron with the patron group in step 1, a First Name > 20 characters, and a Last Name > 30 characters.
4. Charge and Item out to the patron.
5. View record in WebVoyage
6. The First name will be truncated to 20 characters and the last name to 30 characters.

Workaround

Shorten Last and First names or split a long Last Name between the First Name and Last Name fields.
