Problem Symptoms

• Receive "No notices to process" message upon clicking Build Notices/Reports.
• The crcnotes.XXX.inp file is populated with circulation notices.
• The crcnotes.XXX.inp file is archived.

Cause

An old crcnotes.mdb file is in use.

New file should be updated with customizations at each upgrade. This is especially important when there are SIF changes, as in Voyager 9.1.0.

Resolution

Replace the crcnotes.mdb file on the machine with a version of the file installed with your current Voyager release.

OR

Change crcnotes.mdb file that Reporter is pointing to from an old copy if there are two versions of clients installed.

1. Reporter > File > Preferences > Global tab : click ellipsis to change "Data File Path" 
2. Point path to folder containing crcnotes.mdb: 
   1. On the "Notices" tab: The path here should be C:/Voyager/Reporter/Notices for the Voyager folder containing the current release.
   2. On the "Reports" tab: The path here should be C:/Voyager/Reporter/Reports for the Voyager folder containing the current release.
