Overlay Bibliographic Records option missing from menu when upgrading to Voyager 9.2.0 or later

When upgrading to Voyager 9.2.0 or later the "Overlay Bibliographic Records" option is missing from the drop-down menu in Cataloging.
Answer
There was a new security option added in 9.2.0 for overlay. When you add it for your staff in SysAdmin > Security > Cataloging Profiles, they will see the overlay option again.
