When fund allocation is 100%, PERCENTAGE field represents as 100000000 in LINE_ITEM_FUNDS and INVOICE_LINE_ITEM_FUNDS
Cause
Working as designed.
Resolution
Extended Fund Allocation was altered for Voyager 9.1.0 to allow a line item to be split by specific amounts in addition to percentages.
Completing this enhancement required that the calculations done for LINE_ITEM_FUND and INVOICE_LINE_ITEM_FUND be altered.
100% is now represented in the PERCENTAGE field in both of these tables as 100000000 in Voyager 9.1.0 and higher.
