    Symptoms

    • Request date displays as Expiration Date in My Account
    • Request status does not display in My Account

    Defect Status

    Issue VYG-6760 is currently in Development.

    Replication Steps

    1. Place an ILL request in WebVoyage.
    2. Process the ILL request in the ILL Request module.
    3. Login to the Patron Account in WebVoyage.
    4. No request status displays.
    5. The request date displays as the expiration date.
    6. The ILL status checker displays the following communication:
