Is it possible to cancel serial subscriptions (continuation orders) in Acquisitions?

Resolution:
It depends on the line item copy status. If the copy status is
* Received Partial (i.e., issues have been checked in in Serial Check-in): cannot cancel line item, but can cancel Purchase Order. Note this will cancel all line items on PO, and will not de-commit any costs from the ledger. To de-commit the cost, invoice the line item(s) at $0.
* Approved (i.e., no issues have been checked in): can cancel line item & cost will de-commit from ledger.
