Support can assist with products and extensions created and maintained by Ex Libris. New Books is a third party extension. For assistance with third party extensions or products, contact the vendor or owner of the extension or product in question.
The latest version of New Books can be found here and the code owner can be contacted here with questions or issues. Voyager-L can also be an excellent resource for advice and assistance with third party extensions and products.
