Description:
Processing reports or notices in Reporter results in Run-time error 58: file already exists.
RTE 58 followed by "Unpressed Report and/or Notice Items. The following operations contained error records which were not processed: {report or notice type}"

Resolution:
This is your clue that you need to open up the .msg file in notepad to see what is wrong.
1. Open C:\Voyager\Reporter on workstation where error message received.
2. Find .msg and .err files in folder
3. Review files in a text editor to identify & correct issue (e.g., missing name or patron barcode).
    Note: make sure word wrap is not turned on.
4. Save changes.
5. Log into Reporter > File > Error Record Processing.
6. Choose date associated with error.
7. Click white plus (+) sign next to the date and choose report or notice.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Build Reports and Notices and then Run them as usual.
