Receiving pop-up alerts for discharging reserve items post-upgrade

Problem Symptoms

• When discharging reserve item, receive pop-up alert message: "This book has a temporary location."
• Alert only begins appearing after system upgrade and new Voyager client installation on Circ workstations

Cause

Upgrade or new client install resets settings from Session Preferences pop-up setting for Temporary Location Alert message.

Resolution

1. In Circulation, go to Options > Session Preferences > Alerts, Printing and Fine/Fee/Demerit tab
2. Uncheck "Temporary Location Alert on Discharge" checkbox; Save.
