Related Records do not display when starting session with permalink to bib in Classic WebVoyage

Symptoms

Related records accessed by linking to bib via permalink do not display, show "There is no bib data attached to this record."

Defect Status

Not replicable in Tomcat WebVoyage

Replication Steps

1. Find a bib that has related records.
2. Start session by accessing bib via permalink
3. Click on related records. List of related records displays.
4. Click on one of related records in list. Message: "There is no bib data attached to this record." and record does not display.
5. Link to return to original record is inactive.

Workaround

Access record / initiate session via search rather than permalink
