Running Voyager Reporter shows "Warning! The following operations contained error records which were not processed. Circulation Notices"

At the end of processing Reporter notices we see:  "Warning! The following operations contained error records which were not processed. Circulation Notices"

What should we do?

Answer

If at the end of processing you receive a message indicating that one or more reports or notices had errors, you need to perform Error Record Processing.

See Chapter 4, "Error Record Processing" in the Reporter User's Guide.

That section of the Guide provides the steps for correcting the errors and running error record processing.

Note that this procedure does not "fix" the source records that are found in the Voyager patron data and/or your institution's student/staff database. Instead it allows you to fix the error or errors in the specific job in Reporter, and rerun the notices.
