Expected results:
When the item associated with a short loan booking that has a status of Item Temporarily Unavailable (which occurs when a booking is Unclaimed and the item is then charged to another patron) is returned, the status of the booking should return to Unclaimed.
Actual results:
When the item associated with a short loan booking that has a status of Item Temporarily Unavailable is returned, the status of the booking remains Item Temporarily Unavailable.
Workflow implications: Operators may assume that the item is still unavailable, and not make it available for subsequent bookings.
Replication steps:
1. Create a short loan booking, and let it go to a status of Unclaimed (let the Unclaimed Interval pass and then run circjob 27).
2. Charge the item out to another patron. The booking resets to status of Item Temporarily Unavailable.
3. Discharge the item.
4. Re-run circjob 27.
5. Check the booking status again; it remains at Item Temporarily Unavailable, though the item is now Not Charged.
